Onam, the foremost cultural festival of the South Indian state of Kerala, falls towards the end of August or in early September every year.This year onam falls on 8,9& 10 September.
Attapookalam or Onapookalam is the Floral designs people draw in front of their house during the 10 days annual Onam Festival in Kerala..'The Hindu',a leading news paper organisation conducted an attapookalam

A 11-day Mango festival began at the 'Kanakakunnu Palace' in Thiruvananthapuram on June 16, 2011. The festival is being organized by the Horticultural Mission and Mango Growers Association.

Napier Museum

Napier Museum is an art and history museum situated in (Trivandrum), near Trivandrum Zoo.

The museum was established in.1874. The building was named after Lord Napier,The governor general of Madras from 1866-72.

The architectural masterpiece was designed by Robert Crisohlm.

The museum houses a rare collection of archaeological and historic artifacts, bronze idols, ancient ornaments and ivory carvings.
